You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
To cancel your order, please contact us via email at info@tejasayurveda.com or call us at +91 8826009844 with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The product was not delivered within the expected delivery timeframe.
You canceled the order before dispatch and within the allowed time limit.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for used, opened, or altered products.
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@tejasayurveda.com with your order ID and supporting images (in case of damage/wrong product).
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong product).
